All parts sold by Fiveo Motorsport, Inc. (“Fiveo Motorsport” and "FIVEO-Racing") are warrantied solely by Fiveo Motorsport. Any warranties, guarantees, or assurances provided by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or any third party do not apply to parts purchased through the Fiveo Motorsport website. The manufacturer of the part does not provide, extend, or honor any warranty for items sold by Fiveo Motorsport. Fiveo Motorsport’s warranty terms and conditions, as stated at the time of purchase, apply exclusively. Customers are encouraged to review these terms carefully prior to purchase. By purchasing from Fiveo Motorsport, the buyer acknowledges and agrees that all claims, support, and warranty obligations are the sole responsibility of Fiveo Motorsport.
Limitation of Liability
Fiveo Motorsport, Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use, misuse, or installation of the part.
Installation Responsibility
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all parts are properly installed by a certified mechanic or qualified technician.
No OEM Affiliation
Fiveo Motorsport is an independent seller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized dealer for any original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Bosch® is a registered trademark of Robert Bosch GmbH. Fiveo Motorsport is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Bosch.
Governing Law
This agreement, and any disputes arising from the purchase or use of Fiveo Motorsport products, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
By purchasing from Fiveo Motorsport, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the above terms.
Shipping:
Retail orders of in-stock items are normally shipped within 2 business days of credit card authorization and verification. All shipping methods include tracking information. Any order totaling $200 or more may require a signature. Customers will be notified of any back-ordered items, and an estimated shipment date will be given. Immediate and full refunds will be given on orders canceled before shipping. Customers will be automatically notified of their tracking number via email when their order ships. USPS, UPS, and FedEx are the primary and default carriers for domestic shipments, and UPS and DHL Express for international shipments.
US Domestic Shipping:
Orders placed after 2 pm PT will ship the following business day. Business days include Monday-Friday. Our warehouses are on the West Coast, and all orders are shipped Monday-Friday only from CA and OR.
International Shipping:
The customer is responsible for all import taxes, duties, and fees. Fiveo does not pay for or collect taxes and import fees for foreign deliveries. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday only. Please note that upon checkout shipping prices are estimated and subject to change at any time.

Returns and Exchanges:
FIVEO is committed to excellent customer service. We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy on all items purchased directly from us. Items purchased through a FIVEO re-seller are subject to that re-seller’s return and exchange policy and cannot be returned or exchanged directly through FIVEO. All refunded parts returned within 30 days of the date of purchase will subject the customer to a 25% restocking fee. Only unopened/unused parts may be refunded - any part that has been installed is considered “used” and will not be eligible for refund. All returns must be in new condition, damaged or altered products cannot be accepted as a return. An RMA# is required for ALL returns and warranty claims. A Support Ticket must be completed to initiate a return or warranty claim. See our warranty page for details. Your complete satisfaction is our unwavering commitment and primary objective, which is why each injector carries a Workmanship Replacement Warranty. This 3-year warranty covers our fuel injectors against any mechanical or electrical failure, from the date of purchase.
