FLOW CHART:  Injectors are flow-balanced and matched and include a complete flow-data chart indicating individually tested dynamic and static flow rates at 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0 BAR at 15%, 50% and 100% duty-cycle for each injector, along with dead time (latency values) from 8 to 18 volts. Flow matching was done using industry-standard equipment of the highest quality. Testing is performed at varying temperatures to achieve realistic results.

All sets shipped with basic tuning data tables. If you require more extensive data we have GM and HP tuning tables for most flow rates.

Custom-manufactured using brand new, genuine name-brand fuel injector "cores" to achieve the highest quality product.
The resulting sets are all-fuels rated; including all gasoline types - oxygenated gasoline, 102-110 octane (MTBE), E100, E-85.
The finished injectors are then flow tested and inscribed with a control number.
Data is recorded for each injector and then carefully selected for tightly matched sets ready for shipping.

This fuel injector has excellent high and low pulse width response times.

These injectors are very consistent and will require no more than 1% trim for easy tuning and accurate compensations.
