Our injectors are custom-manufactured from brand new American/German/Japanese-made fuel injectors in large-quantity batches to achieve the highest quality product. The resulting sets are all-fuels rated; including gasoline (MTBE), and E-85. The finished injectors are then flowed and inscribed with a control number. Data is recorded for each injector. They are then hermetically-sealed and placed in matched sets ready for shipping.
You don't get this kind of technology from an OE injector.
FLOW CHART: Each set is sold with a complete flow-data chart indicating individual static flow rates at 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0 BAR. As well as 3.0 BAR dynamic pulse testing for idle (15% duty-cycle) and 50% duty-cycle. Along with a complete dead time off-set (latency) table. Flow matching was done with industry-standard equipment of the highest quality.
The tests were performed at varying temperatures to achieve realistic results. Linear tuning with excellent low-end, and idle rpm.
SPECIAL NOTE TO OUR E85 USERS:
Ethanol tends to "dry" the orifices. Customers should be made aware that this can be a problem with some fuel injectors. And may cause a "sticking" problem. It is suggested that a tank of 91-98 octane gasoline be run to every 5 or 6 tanks of Ethanol to re-lube not only the fuel injectors, but the entire fuel component system. This is also considered to be good maintenance, but not essential, for stainless steel based fuel injectors.

You get a custom flow matched set that will not vary more than 1.0% or 10cc across the set.
