    SERVICE GUARANTEE POLICY: All fuel injector are sold with a 3 year/unlimited miles service warranty
    Fiveomotorsport.com (Fiveo) does not warranty the proper or improper installation and /or application of the purchased, exchanges, trades bartered, or complimentary procured fuel injectors and/or the competence and /or diagnosis of the installer. Fiveo assumes no liability and will not pay for labor, damage, rental car, hotel, towing claims, etc. arising from the installation or use of the above mentioned fuel injectors. Due to the complexity of the emission control systems, the manufacturer does not warranty the fuel injectors to pass emission control inspection solely on their own merit. Fiveo does not assume nor authorize any person, agent, distributor, dealer, repair technician, service facility, or company to change, modify, supplement or amend this Service Guarantee.

      Before returning any product you must: Please include your original purchase date with any return.
    1. Call (562) 867-4999 to request a Return Authorization (RA). (We reserve the right to grant or refuse RA requests).
    2. When issued a RA, it is good for 30 days. Return Authorization is not a guarantee of refund or replacement.
    3. Only unopend/uninstalled parts will be refunded.
    4. All refunded parts are subject to a 15% handling, repackage, and/or restocking charge.
    5. All parts are checked and reviewed based on the customer's claim.
    6. The RA number must be writen on the outside of your return package.
    7. Send all parts postage paid - we will not accept COD packages.
    8. Be sure to package all return parts securely - please no loose parts.
    9. Parts deemed ineligible for credit/core credit will be returned freight collect.
    10. All warranty adjustments are subject to a $35 service/handling charge.

      11. Parts sold for off-road or racing purposes are sold as-is and carry no service warrarty.

    CORE CREDIT POLICY: Be certain to include a copy of your receipt with your core parts.
  1. No authorization number (RA) is needed before returning cores for credit
  2. Send cores to: Fiveo/Cores, P.O. Box 280., Lakewood, CA 90714
  3. Each injector core will be inspected before a refund is issued.
  4. Only rebuildable manufacturer's original equipment cores will be refunded.
  5. DO NOT REMOVE YOUR OLD INJECTORS WITH METAL PLIERS, SCREW DRIVERS, OR ANY OTHER TOOLS THAT MAY BREAK THE DELICATE PLASTIC OR METAL PARTS.
    6. No refund will be given for injectors with:
  6. Fire damage
  7. Broken plastic bodies
  8. Broken, cracked, melted, or missing electrical connectors
  9. Broken or missing pintles
  10. Severly corroded metal bodies

    Reconditioned/remanufactured injector nozzles are ultra-sonically cleaned - individual units are flow tested at approx. 43.5 psi (or 3 bar atmospheric pressure); pulse@120 seconds and wideopen@30 seconds. All injectors that match the Bosch manufacturing specs
    to within 1% flow tolerence and resistence are retained others are discarded.
    All external parts, caps, o-rings, are replaced with new. Each "blueprinted" injector is placed in hermetically sealed,
    air-tight packaging. This process yields a product with specifications better than any brand new OEM fuel injector.
    All Fiveo fuel injectors are sold with a 100% Warranty under normal road use driving conditions.
    This warranty does not cover off-road and racing use.
