Every fuel injector is *blueprinted to manufacturing specifications using this 7-Step process:

All fuel injectors are visually inspected for body cracks.

Each unit is ultra-sonically cleaned and tested for terminal body damage.

Resistence test is performed and compared to manufacturer's specification.

All are flow tested at a predetermined presure; both wide-open flow and pulse flow tests are performed.

All injectors are matched to their individual manufacturing specs for flow tolerence and resistence.

External parts; caps, o-rings, grommets, seals, spacers, hoses, are replaced with brand new mfg-spec parts.

Each newly *blueprinted injector is placed in hermetically sealed, air-tight, moisture-proof packaging.

The resulting product can yeild specifications at a higher rate, when compared to new original-equipment fuel injectors.
